To get the "new store" off to a big start, the first tasting event takes place this Saturday, January 20, where customers will get to sample the new MAXX cigars from Alex Bradley. The event will take place from 11am - 4pm in the store, and as usual, there will be door prizes and deals on MAXX cigars.

Another cigar tasting will follow on Saturday, January 27, from  11am - 3pm when the store will feature Camacho Cigars and Appalachian Brewing Co. samples.

February events include an annual favorite, Punch Poker night, where customers play Texas Hold 'Em to win cigars; a Fonseca Cubano Limitado cigar tasting, plus a Davidoff cigar dinner which will be held on February 21 at the Silver Creek Country Club.

In March, the annual Partagas Roulette event returns, and later in the month there will be a Cusano cigars tasting hosted by Joe Cusano, himself.

For those of you who haven't been by the store since Jeff has come on board, the invaluable Lisa Freytes is still there to help you choose the right cigar and answer all your cigar and humidor questions. It just wouldn't be Famous Smoke Shop without her.
